Barbara Wietasch, Founder and Executive Director at Wietasch & Partner introduced us to a new peer support method that has been successfully applied to the corporate world: Working Out Loud. Barbara Wietasch was joined by Martina Kasanicka, who talked about her experience with the WOL method at her company.
Boglárka Mondvay-Németh from Rail Cargo Group talked about their initiatives to deal with the HR challenges of an international large corporate.
Alexander Damev from WU Executive Academy presented us their MBA offers and the unique opportunity for PWN Vienna members to access 2 special scholarships.
