This is Olga Belovolova‘s universal recipe for success and the motto that accompanied her from graduating with a degree in Biophysics to joining the INSEAD Executive MBA program, all the way to being the COO, EMEA South at SAP SuccessFactors.


The April Linkup & Learn speaker Olga Belovolova encountered major challenges during the course of her career - from finding a job during the collapse of the Soviet Union to being the first female salesperson in her company; from being a young female heading an all-male team to overcoming cultural crises inside her organization.


In this fireside chat our President Claudia Cordie interviewed Olga about her leadership journey, how she took bold actions, built on her strengths, and believed in herself from the start of her career through to her current COO role.

Speaker profile


Olga has 18 years of experience working for big international IT corporations. Throughout her career she has headed multi-disciplinary, multi-national teams and has been responsible for defining and executing G2M strategies, organization redesign and new products launch in a diverse range of international settings. She has special expertise in B2B sales and channel development and extensive knowledge of SaaS/Cloud and Enterprise Applications market segment. Currently, she serves as COO for SAP SuccessFactors organization in Southern Europe, Middle East & Africa. Prior to that she used to work for Oracle in various Sales leadership roles, the last one being Applications Sales Leader for Central & Eastern Europe. Olga holds a degree with distinction in Physics from Moscow State University and a Global Executive MBA degree from INSEAD. She currently lives in Vienna, Austria with her family.
