How to Get Noticed and Advance in Your Career While Working Remotely

Working from home can be a great way to maintain a good work-life balance. You don't have to commute. You have more flexibility. And you feel less stressed than you did in the office.

But you're also worried that this is it – that because your supervisor or manager doesn't actually see how hard you work every day, you won't be considered for a promotion. You feel you are losing visibility, and should be working on your leadership communication, on your personal brand, and on your career strategy.

The February workshop with Nadira Artyk, Executive Coach and Career Strategist was all about to discover how you can take action and better position yourself for career advancement!

The following topics have been covered:

  • The biggest challenges you and other corporate women encounter at the moment;

  • The beliefs, habits and autopilot behaviors that do not help you grow your visibility and personal brand;

  • The top, proven strategies that you need to apply consistently to increase your visibility in the workplace if you want to progress and thrive in your career in 2021 and beyond;

  • Tips on increasing your executive presence over Zoom.
