Online events are still a trend and the PWN Vienna Coffee Talks always have a great speaker and topic of discussion.
This February we had the pleasure of having Martina Jeric-Ruzovits, Business Coach and Communication Trainer.
Martina was able to live and work in different countries and gain insights into cultures and get to know people from around the world, with various backgrounds and experiences.
She realised how communication across countries, cultures, within teams and companies differ, and she does not only referring to language barriers. Open-mindedness is crucial to avoid cross-cultural and interpersonal faux pax that may lead to long-term issues.
During this online event participants had the opportunity to exchange and learn more from each other and Martina. The discussion varied from misunderstanding to different cultural approaches.
