Ksenija Simunovic is graduated civil engineer with 18+ years of international experience (Serbia, Austria, Germany) in Environmental sector, working on corporate strategy planning, market and business development, leading complex large-scale infrastructure projects and international multi-disciplinary project teams. She joined PWN Vienna mentoring Program in 2018 as a mentee and year after she started as mentor who combines experiences gained in corporate environments and coaching certification programs, to support other professionals in setting and achieving their goals and development of their leadership and management skills. She advocates gender balanced leadership and importance of continuous learning and development.
